During the process of looking, Bailey was always very easily accessible and made time ASAP to show us homes we had interest in - she showed us many homes and was always very knowledgeable during the viewings. We made several offers with her assistance and when we finally got accepted, she was helpful every step of the way and in constant communication. We closed a week ago and she has remained in touch to make sure everything is going well which really shows she cares about her clients even after the sale is made. She was thorough in her explanations of what to expect at each stage. I felt like I was her only client. She made me feel very important to her. During the building stage of the house, Bailey dedicated time to go on numerous house visits, and even went on her own, when I could not be there. She was ever ready to answer my questions or repeat things over and over, not minding that she had explained them to me before. I was never left aEUR~wondering what was going on. Her wealth of knowledge of the building process and real estate market at large is astounding. Her attention to detail was impeccable during the building process. She ensured that every option that I had selected was in place at the right time during the building process. She advocated for me tirelessly and stayed in constant communication with the construction manager and the sales agent. Bailey made the entire home building process easy and painless. Even after the completion of the home, and settling down, shes still supportive. According to her, the relationship does not end once you have moved into your new home. She is still readily available for any questions that I have. I felt like I was working with a close friend. Her polite and positive attitude made the entire process enjoyable. I really cannot sing Baileys praises enough. She is the best! I will recommend Bailey without a moments hesitation.

She helped and guided me on each and every step. She makes sure that I am not missing anything through out the process and will help me until closing. She follows up with builder and visits the site on weekly basis to provide me an update. She makes sure that all my requirements are being met during construction and if something is not correct, she works out with bolder to fix it. I do not have many words to describe our satisfaction but she is very professional and we are happy with her services.Currently, I live in California and not able to visit TX frequently but Bailey takes.
