My family and I used Sam and his team, back in 2025 when selling my mom's house in Arlington. They did a walk through and came up with the best game plan. His team recommended the best contractors to do the home inspection, roof inspection and after all the documents were in, hired a construction company to make the repairs and a cleaning team to put everything together. He did a YouTube video and other social media posting and my mother's house was sold in two months. Fast forward to late 2025. I got hired to work in Texas and I was looking for a house. My personal situation made it harder, because I needed to start work quickly and my time was very limited in looking. Sam did all the extra footwork and walked some of these houses, sent me videos, did comparisons with other houses on the market. The one thing that I truly appreciate him for, was his inside knowledge on "flip-houses". I ran into so many, and I trusted hus judgement, when it came to houses that we're fishy. He even helped me from being cheated by a seller, who exaggerated their figures. It was such a brutal journey for me. House that I wanted, had deals moved quickly on. But Sam and his assistant Bailey never gave up. They both hustle and final found a home, that was worth the money they were asking for. I highly recommend Sam and his team.
