In that initial meeting Garrett and Joe presented a market analysis of our property, and thoroughly answered all probing questions we had in how they would approach our somewhat unique listing. After selection, they went to work ordering all necessary pre-listing inspections, comparing two staging proposals, creating brochures, floorplans, social media materials and the MLS specs/description. Never did we feel we were not in good hands. They gave us a range of listing price options, with expectations on each, with ourselves making the final choice. He was always available and responsive and went many extra miles to ensure a fast, smooth process even in the face of a challenging tenant (I sold a tenant occupied property). We live in Napa so he managed the process by himself directly even going to his office on a Saturday to pick up the keys we sent to him via FedEx.The result? Fortunately, we were able to meet Avi in person and see quite a few properties over the course of one day.
