She has many wonderful contacts, her husband is a broker and can get you hooked up with the best loan rates out there. She has wonderful resources for things like insurance and whatever else you need. She has years of experience in real estate with a background in lending as well, so for first time home buyers like us, she was able to answer every question and guided us on every step of the way. She understands not everyone knows the process, so she was methodical with her approach to ensure we were comfortable and was very honest with her direction. Not to mention, she negotiated like a lawyer. Everyone we spoke to kept saying aEURoewow, your agent must have some awesome negotiation skills because you got an awesome deal.aEUR?
