The Agency Frisco

Ashley was an incredible advocate throughout our home-buying journey. This was the third real estate transaction she has helped us navigate, and once again, she demonstrated why we continue to trust her. We were purchasing a new-construction home, and the process involved several unexpected challenges, detailed inspections, repair negotiations, amendments, and many moving pieces leading up to closing. Ashley remained responsive, patient, and committed every step of the way. She consistently communicated with the builder, ensured our concerns were properly documented, and worked diligently to protect our interests. Even during the most stressful moments, Ashley stayed engaged and helped move everything toward a successful closing. We are extremely grateful for her professionalism, persistence, and continued support. If you are looking for a realtor who will stand beside you and advocate for you throughout the entire process, I highly recommend Ashley.

I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Sykes on a recent transaction and truly enjoyed working with her. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always a pleasure to work with. Ashley is absolutely top-notch, and I would highly recommend her!

My husband and I were looking to buy our first home but didnt know where to even begin. Thankfully we were introduced to Ashley Sykes at The Agency Frisco through our friends at church. The whole home buying process was so smooth and easy knowing that Ashley was on our side at every step. Ashley is quick to respond to our questions, very knowledgeable, and has provided us with so many helpful resources and connected us to other trusted professionals in the field. We wouldnt have known what to do without her help. We went to look at some listings around Frisco, McKinney, and Melissa with Ashley but ultimately decided on a new build that took 7 months to complete. We finally closed on our first new built house in Celina about a week ago and we are forever grateful to have such an amazing real estate agent in the DFW area! Thank you Ashley!!!!

My experience was amazing . Ashley is great at communicating with all parties involved in my sale. She had resources for and suggestions at every turn of the transaction to help me navigate the inspection and finally the closing

Ashley was incredible from start to finish. Buying a home can be stressful, but she made the entire process smooth, clear, and actually enjoyable. She stayed on top of every detail, communicated quickly, and always made sure I understood what was happening next. I never felt like just another client. I felt supported the whole way through. Because of Ashley, I was able to close on my house with confidence and zero surprises. If you want someone who truly cares and gets the job done right, Ashley is the one. Highly recommend.
