After initial hurdles, all communications were sporadic. Never got the feeling they were genuinely interested in my concerns. Overall, it was not a stellar experience to say the least. I do not recommend them

Review Ashley was such a pleasure to work with, she was always available to show us homes, get us connected with any other professionals needed during the buying/selling process, and knowledgeable throughout everything. She worked quick to get our house on the market and get us into our dream home. I dont think it often you can say that buying and selling a home is a breeze, but this was. Thank you Ashley and your team for making this happen

Review Ashley and her team helped us navigate a tricky and ever-changing market to buy a new home on a pretty tight timeline! She made sure we were able to see homes quickly and wrote up and submitted offers promptly. Ashley also helped us to sell our home. She ensured that we had the most beautiful pictures for our listing, and our home sold quickly and over asking price! Ashley is fun and easy to work with, and makes the stressful process of buying a home less overwhelming and dare I say itaEUR|fun! We will definitely return to Ashley and her team for any future real estate needs.

Review Ashley is with you all the way-she wants a sale-at your expense! Ashley is friendly and energetic and returns all your calls and e-mails until you sign a contract, then she ghosts you. I worked with Ashly for numerous months to purchase a home remotely prior to relocation to Charlottesville. I had some familiarity with the area but relied on her to assist in finding a property. I wanted something close to downtown Charlottesville. After submitting numerous offers for numerous properties and not winning an offer, a home was finally found! Ashley visited the property and assured me it was exactly what I was looking for. What she didn't tell me was it was remote and at least a 40 minute commute to downtown Charlottesville and none of the photos Ashley provided showed the massive septic tank system and the propane tank with peeling paint, despite the home only being 3 yrs old! I trusted Ashley to do the walk through at closing and she said it was fine. In reality the property was filthy and the previous owners left garbage and items in the home. I ended up selling the property six months later because it was such a bad fit. Buyer beware-Ashley is not your friend!

Review Ashley and her team were very professional. I had only a week to find a property and even with the hot market, we were able to get an offer accepted. She made sure that all of the inspections were done quickly, found a great real estate attorney to do the paperwork and we closed within 2 weeks. I highly recommend her. If I buy more property in the Charlottesville area I will definitely use her.

Review Patient, not pushy. Respectful and always available . Ashley showed us multiple properties before we were able to focus on one that we found on ourselves. She would show up and join us so promptly. My daughter found that she was a great negotiator on any issues that came up. Ashley always had an answer to every questions. Everything ran as planned from day 1. There was no surprise or hidden demons...Thank you for all your great help! Blessings!

Review Our experience was fantastic with Ashley. When we ran into issues with the seller or contractors, she worked very hard to fix every problem for us. She was wonderful to work with from first day touching base, all of the way past closing day by reaching out to us congratulating us on the new home.

Review Ashley patiently worked with us over the last year to find our perfect house. She even knew it was the house for us before we did and we couldnt be happier! Being first time home buyers and moving from out of state we had no idea where to start, but Ashley and her team were so amazing it truly felt effortless and we could not have had a better buying experience. I would recommend Ashley and Town Realty to anyone looking for a home in or around the Charlottesville area.

Review Ashley was the perfect real estate expert for us here in the greater Charlottesville area, as we were purchasing remotely after visiting for a weekend to see homes with Ashley. Ashley was very knowledgeable about all parts of the area, had great contacts with potential builders, and quickly understood our needs and interests. She was proactive and flexible in helping us navigate the closing remotely and went the extra mile in assisting with local in person needs. She was fantastic! We'd recommend her to anyone.

Review Ashley helped me buy my first home, and I am so grateful to her! She made it so easy (even when it wasnt) and was always available to answer my many questions at any time of day. She has many contacts in the area and great relationships with other realtors. She went above and beyond helping me set up meetings with contractors for renovation projects. I would recommend her to anyone. She really makes you feel like you are her top priority! Thank you to Ashley and the awesome team at Town Realty.

Review In addition to helping us QUICKLY sell our house (even during the early fall, outside of the typical selling season), Ashley was professional, flexible, patient, and encouraging throughout the process of selling our house. She was quick with ideas for addressing aesthetic and functional issues affecting the selling potential of the house, and also in connecting us with services to get work done. We had lots of snafus with the sale/contract itself (totally unrelated to anything she had done; e.g., a leak randomly springing just a day AFTER our inspection); she gave me numerous pep talks in the midst of those frustrating and stressful moments.

Review Ashley is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with in Charlottesville! I had been working with realtors for 2 years looking for the perfect condo. With Ashley's help, I found the perfect place in less than a week. Yes, good timing was a factor, but Ashley listened to what I wanted and began working immediately to help me find my beautiful home. Ashley is unique and amazing because you can tell share cares about her clients and she is passionate about real estate. At the final inspection, Ashley noticed a water spot on my ceiling and pointed it out to me. Even though she could have ignored it and easily made the sale. Instead, she cared about me as a person, and worked with me to learn what the issue was and resolve it that day, so we could continue with closing. A second reason Ashley is amazing, is she is a millenial, which means she insta responds to everything; texts, emails, phone calls. Something I had not experienced with other realtors. A third reason Ashley is amazing, is she will find the answer to any question for you. It was difficult reading contracts and understanding policies. She researched and explained things to me perfectly. A fourth reason Ashley is the best realtor is she hustled to help me buy my condo! The condo was only on the market a few days and there were already a couple offers to buy. Ashley guided me through the process, helped me pick the right amount to offer, and I got the condo! A final reason Ashley is the best realtor, is her kind, funny, and personable attitude. Ashley has a calm yet energetic presence that made me feel like everything would be ok and work out for me. I could list a few more reasons Ashley is the best realtor in Charlottesville, but I'm sure I'm already pushing the limit on how much of a review people would read. If you are ready to move and want to work with someone with amazing energy, a go-getter attitude, and above all a kind human being, then you need to go see Ashley Jurney!

Review Ashley did an excellent job helping me purchase my first home! She was very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. If even if she didn't know the answer to something, she was very good at doing in depth research and coming back with all the information you needed. She always found a way to meet with me and work around my insanely busy schedule for house showings. She took the time to get to know my preferences and was always on the lookout for my perfect home. Ashley is very kind and genuine, and I felt like she had my best interest at heart. If I had to do it all over again, Ashley would be my number one choice! Highly recommended for a job well done!

Review My wife and I bought our new home long distance from Belgium. Ashley drove all around the Charlottesville area dedicating a whole day to do video walk throughs for/with us over Skype. She recommended areas to look given my new work location and was very honest about what she saw with the condition of each house we looked at. She even called new communities to see if there were new homes available to look at in our timeframe. We are very happy with Ashley and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the area. It is great to see that there are Realtors that will not only do their job, but go above and beyond to help a buyer.
