My husband and I moved from South Florida to Lawrenceville, Georgia, and our transition was seamless with Ashley! From the moment we began working with her, we felt heard, understood, and prioritized. Throughout the whole process, communication was open, and no matter how busy she was, Ashley would follow up. Since she helped us purchase our forever home, I cant say will be acquiring her services to buy another home for ourselves. However, were hoping our large family moves up and we have told them Ashley is the only realtor they can use!

First, Ashley is an AWESOME Human Being who is also an AWESOME Realtor!!! Over a year ago she took over our seemingly impossible home search in the Atlanta area without hesitation, and thanks to her we are now under contract. The most succinct review we can do is in list form: 1). Ashley truly listened to us and somehow knew where and for what to look. 2). Her experience in and knowledge of Ga Real Estate(especially for people moving from another state) is so helpful and reassuring. 3). She has endless patience. As busy as she was, we ALWAYS felt we were her only clients! 4). She understands and empathizes with the stress and fears a client is experiencing(home buying and life itself). Her kindness and compassion will not be forgotten. 5). When we felt we needed a long break and may not buy in the area, she gave us space. We are a couple living in Mountain View California, who will be moving back to Georgia. We discovered keypoint homes via youtube. Ashley is one of the partners in keypoint homes. Ashley was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry email. She helped us lay out an ideal timeline of the whole process and was very good at sticking to it. In fact everything has been going exactly as planned. We are under contract right now. Prime qualities: 1. Very diligent at making offers. All we had to do was let her know we wanted to make an offer and all the I's were dotted and the T's crossed. 2. Their virtual tours are very thorough. And any issues with the houses were immediately called out. 3. Ashley is very quick at the paper work process. She made sure everything was done within all the deadlines and her priority was always to protect our money.

Ashley & her team were wonderful. They knew the market & did a great job advising us on how to prep our house for sale. The pictures of our home showed local areas across the street, the pool / tennis / club house & a great view of the back our our house from the hammock. They made the process very clear & helped us find someone to do inspection on the house we're building. We so appreciate the great job they did selling our house for more than we thought we'd get. Having Ashley back us up for our home purchase, in what seemed an impossible market, was nothing short of an amazing experience. She was very clear, knowledgeable and fast!
