Ashley's videos were easy to follow and she pointed out pros and cons of the houses that she knew was important to us. Her memory (of what was important to us) was impressive. Ashley was knowledgeable, professional, and very well prepared. If Ashley did not know the answer, she was quick to find it. She showed us houses in Siesta Key, other parts of Sarasota, Bradenton and Venice. She was extremely familiar with all of the areas. We decided on a house in Siesta Key. A house Ashley found for us! We bought it sight unseen, we paid cash for the house, we weren't able to attend the closing. We didn't see the house in person until after the closing. That is how much trust we had (have) in Ashley Goldstein and her partner Jordan. We could not be happier with our decision. Whether your are looking for a Florida house in 5 months or five years, I encourage you to establish a relationship with Ashley and Jordan. You will be happy you did! Lastly, it has been several months since the closing and Ashley and Jordan STILL check in on us. They are above and beyond!
