ZillowVERIFIED We reached out to Ashley early 2016 with a lofty request, to find an equestrian property in Woodinville within our budget. We had a few additional criteria to make our request more challenging (barn had to be a certain distance away from the house, either an arena or riding trails off the property, purchasing out of state, etc.) Being 2 states away was a huge challenge but Ashley was up for it and was superb in communication through the whole process. When houses came up in our criteria, she would lead us through a Facetime tour throughout the property. Oftentimes the barn would be dusty and spider-ridden but it takes much more than that to deter her! When houses weren't coming up in our criteria, she reached out with a postcard campaign to properties in the area (and we did find 2 potential houses, but not the *perfect* fit). Ultimately, Ashley was approached off market by another realtor with a property that was all that we asked for and more! We were beyond blessed to find a home we didn't have to get into a stressful bidding war (we did place an offer on a home where we were outbid at our max budget), and we fully attribute that to Ashley working hard to make it loud and clear in the community she had buyers ready to buy an equestrian property. She remained graceful and communicative the whole process, including a few stressful moments on our parts, and her professionalism was very much appreciated. There was one time where she did go away for a few days, and Michelle was super responsive and knew exactly where we were in the process and was a seamless backup. We 100% recommend this team in buying/selling any property, but especially if you have an equestrian/potential equestrian property. Ashley's breath of knowledge will make the process an excellent experience.

We had a condo that we needed to sell before we could purchase a new home as, like anyone knows, now is a really tough time to purchase a home with a contingency as big as selling a home first. Michelle and Ashley went above and beyond to show us homes and let us know if some were even worth seeing or not. They were always willing to show us homes and go back multiple times if we needed to. We weren't super picky, but we did have criteria for what we wanted and the pickings were very slim at the time. The Blue Team did an amazing job of finding us homes to look at and they even sent out letters to our desired neighborhood to find us a home. We ultimately didn't go with one of those homes, but we did buy our dream home in our dream neighborhood thanks to Michelle and Ashley. They did this all while getting our condo sold and having them close the day after each other, so we could purchase the home without a co-signer because not everyone can afford to carry two home loans at the same time. I feel they probably worked way too many hours for us, but they never once made it feel that way. I highly recommend The Blue Team for selling, buying or both at the same time. We thought about going with other agents, but none ever felt right until we met Michelle and Ashley of The Blue Team.

They made the sale personal, not cookie cutter in approach and presentation.The Blue Team offered a complete, one stop package. This package was, again very personal. Michelle and Ashley were both very helpful in encouraging and guiding us in accomplishing the daunting task of downsizing and removing the aEURoeclutteraEUR? of our belongings that had accumulated over the nearly thirty years we had owned our home.
