From the first conversation she was upfront and transparent with the current market. We were able to adjust our search quickly and start searching with knowing the market situation. I flew into ATL to see multiple homes, Ashley took time for nearly half the week to focus on our search. Was open to see any home we asked for and was able to set up every walk through she could. Once we found our home Ashley was quick to negotiate, find every detail possible and guide us to a strong winning offer. Ashley took the time to walk through with the inspection since we were out of town allowing us to quickly close. She was incredibly knowledgeable and as it was our first house buying, she walked us through the process and made it quick and easy! Two years later we had to sell our house quickly. Since we had such a great experience with her selling us this house, we hired her to sell it to someone else.
