ZillowVERIFIEDWhen purchasing my first home and moving from Washington State to Springfield, Illinois, I found Stefanie Eisele to be extremely helpful. I told her I had very little knowledge of the real estate process or the Springfield area and she walked me through every step of the buying process, spared me from headaches, and shared her vast knowledge of the area. I flew out for a week to look at houses. I was looking for a two to three bedroom house with a garage and most importantly a DRY basement. She picked me up from my airbnb every day, and I don?t know how many houses we looked at, but in the end she found me exactly what I liked and needed. It?s a beautiful brick house with an attached garage and a HUGE bone dry basement! She found the perfect inspector who was very thorough, and she negotiated a new electrical panel as the old one was hazardous. This saved me another chunk of change off the price. Upon closing, she set me up with insurance agents and a list of recommended local contractors, and she continues to be a great resource. Oh, let?s not forget that The Real Estate Group treated us to a day at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum. The house we bought we got a fantastic deal on and were able to get our offer accepted before other (probably better) offers came in! When we sold our condo, she guided us through a few steps we could take to make it more attractive to potential buyers. She looked at factors such as similar sale prices in the neighborhood, which houses were selling fastest, what prices were within an acceptable range, etc. We took her suggestions, and ended up selling it for significantly more than anything else nearby, and within a week! I cannot say enough how impressed we were with Ashley. She was cordial, never pushy, always available, and made the entire experience of buying/selling as painless as possible. Would highly recommend!

She negotiated a prepossession arrangement for me on the house we found to be able to make the long distance move prior to the close on both my sale and this purchase. Ashley was very detailed when we were looking at houses - pointing out the good as well as any flaws or downfalls we encountered.
