She brought in a great stager who made excellent suggestions (used all of our own stuff), hired a professional photographer (showed the best features of our home) and suggested some local contractors (completed some undone DIY projects). She was always available for questions and knew how to price the house to sell. We also used Ashley for buying our next home. She listened to our needs, sent out daily updates of new properties on the market, and showed us many houses. Even when we ran into a scheduling conflict, she had another agent show us some homes.
