Ashley is not a aEURoereal estate agentaEUR?!! She is a home relocation specialist. My family relocated from Houston Texas to Peachtree City Georgia. This in itself was a bit of a stressful situation to move half way across the country. Ashley helped us on VERY short notice to look at many houses in a very short notice over the span of a couple days. She was very patient with us and listened to our needs. She adjusted our plan according to things we said we liked and disliked in order to effectively maximize the efficiency of the short time we had available to tour homes. We were able to put a contract on a house quickly. Then the fun began! We sold our home in Texas but had MANY major obstacles standing in the way of a smooth transition including a life threatening emergency surgery for my wife! Ashley was an absolute champion and stepped in to go completely over and above to help us in soooo many ways. Too many to voice in a simply review! Some of the highlights were that she helped to facilitate a ZOOM closing on the house from a Texas hospital room for a Georgia house (unbelievable situation). She also met the appliance delivery people at the house since we were unable to make it because of the hospital stay. She has been very helpful with many other recommendations for services outside of actual house stuff. Again, her assistance and attention for our transition are WAY to numerous to mention! Would I recommend Ashley for your real estate needs? The answer to that would be a resounding aEURoebleepaEUR? YES!!! If you dont utilize her services, then shame on you! You will not go wrong with her because her attention to detail and her helpfulness will absolutely blow you away!

We threw Ashley some curve balls. We had a non-conventional loan, a deadline We needed to be under contract by, a list of wants and all during this crazy market where houses are selling in 24 hours!!! She never got frustrated and she got us in to see every house we sent her quick! When one didn't work out she never skipped a beat getting us out to see more houses. Our loan required a lot of time and leg work on her end and she never made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. That meant more than she will ever know as she was our 2nd agent during this process. She is AMAZING and I couldn't have asked for a better agent to have worked with. Ashley was amazing to work with. Her knowledge of the market really put us in a great spot when making an offer on a house. She was very interested in finding what we were looking for in a house and really made a big effort to show us houses that matched what we were looking for. If we were looking at a house and something wasnt what we liked, she didnt try to overlook it and sell us on it anyways, she used it as a tool to narrow down the search.
