When we found one she was excellent helping us understand everything and meet us there for the inspection. That property however didn't work out due to issues with the inspection which Ashleigh made sure we did not get stuck with. Fast forward almost to years later and we reached back out to her and she was ready as ever to help us start looking again. We had a home in mind and she jumped right on top of helping us secure our new home. I would like to add that at one point we though we might not get it but thanks to Ashleigh being a GREAT negotiator we secured a great deal and got our new home. She toured so many properties with us last fall just to help us get a feel for the area, worked with us rapidly when we thought we might try to buy a great find, and then when that didn't work out, she continued helping us search from afar after we had gone back to our current home out of state. She was very responsive and transparent with us, and her local knowledge of the area and of other realtors was super helpful in getting all the information we needed to make a decision. We found the perfect place, and when it became clear that it would sell very quickly and she went above and beyond to work with us over Mother's Day weekend to line up financing and be ready to make an offer Monday. She suggested a price and escalation clause that ended up beating out another offer by exactly the escalation amount and also ended up exactly matching the appraisal value. Ashleigh was one step ahead of what we needed- our truck wasnt big enough; she arranged for us to get another one. We had issues with our lender and couldnt close the date we planned; Ashleigh literally put a roof over our heads for the time we were between homes (possession of the home we sold for a few more days). Every turn was an obstacle but Ashleigh kept us calm and took care of everything... well outside of what should be expected of her. ZillowVERIFIED We met Ashleigh on our first house hunt while visiting our boys in Vancouver from our home in the Atlanta area, as a result of appointment we made through Zillow. We had three house hunting days with Ashleigh and she showed us every house we were interested in and, in some cases, she was able to get us into last minute visits when we didnt expect wed be able to get in. We found the house we wanted on the third day and Ashleigh helped us to make the decision about what our initial offer would be. Ashleigh also had our sales contract ready for us promptly on the following day since we wanted to make our offer quickly to preempt any offers that might come from an open house the next day. With Ashleighs help, we negotiated with the sellers and arrived at an acceptable counter offer on that very day, which was also a Saturday. The rest of our purchase experience with Ashleigh was remote from our Georgia home and we could not be happier with the ongoing communications with Ashleigh regarding the inspections, the status of our own financing and the closing process. Ashleigh helped us to negotiate a later closing date, when the closing date of our old house was pushed by two weeks. She acted as our advocate to inspect the required repairs to our home and every time we had a question or a needed a clarification or an amendment to our sales contract, she was very responsive and gracious. And, finally, she was great in helping us to navigate through the remote closing with the title company. When we arrived at her office with our dogs in tow, fresh off of our flight from Atlanta, to pick up our keys, she had a lovely apple gift basket for us from Bellewood Acres waiting for us. She even made a great recommendation for us to find a pet grooming place to help us clean up an accident one of our dogs had on the flight to Washington. We could not be happier with our choice of Ashleigh to represent us on the purchase of our retirement home! We have have been so happy in our home for almost a year now.

I have the impression that she truly wouldn't be happy unless she knew we were happy and had everything we wanted. We had some very specific needs and wants and she was able to make those happen. If a house didn't fit our wants, needs, neighborhood or budget, she didn't waste our time, which is very important to us. She's knows her business and always lets you know that she's there for you. Always available and nothing short of a true professional. Ashleigh is simply the best.
