Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I moved to Bellingham 18 years ago to attend Western Washington University. Falling in love with the area & community, I decided to plant my roots here. I have been in the Real Estate Industry for the last 14+ years and have built meaningful relationships by listening, advising, communicating, and being 100% transparent with each one of my clients.

As your Real Estate Advisor my focus is to listen to your goals for real estate ownership and making that a reality. We will walk through the process of buying, selling or investing in real estate step by step together. If purchasing, when you find a home that you are in love with, we will talk through the pro's and con's of that specific property. Looking at the potential defects of the home & what the future resale (or rental potential) for that home looks like. If selling, we will go over the costs of selling, develop a specific marketing plan designed for your home that has it stand out above all others, & determine the true market value for your home. Educating you is my top priority, and it is my goal for you to make the best decision when investing in your future.
