Ash has relationships with a variety of contractors that provided excellent service to prepare the house for sale. The day after signing Melissa, the Operations Manager, arrived with contractors to provide bids and the bids were surprisingly reasonable. Worked started within a few days. Both Ash and Melissa were always available for questions and responded quickly, sometimes within seconds. They immediately resolved any concerns. The marketing of the house was incredible. There were over two thousand views on Zillow and Realtor.com. The resulting offers were well above the listing price and the final offer was tens of thousands higher than listing. Ash walked us through the offers and pointed out the pros and cons of each offer. The closing was easy with the same helpful and courteous attention to detail.

ZillowVERIFIED The best thing about hiring Ash Morsi from Keller Williams was their team approach. We signed the contract on Thursday and Friday morning there were 5 people at my house. Melissa the office manager was on top on every detail. The painter gave us an estimate and was there the next day to start painting. The stager choose the furniture she wanted to use. Ash arranged for a mover, Douglas with Amasa movers. He started packing up to move to storage the next week. Melissa had recommendations for a window cleaner, landscaping, and a professional cleaning team as well. The pictures and video were very well done. We had 38 showings and over 100 people at the open houses. The house sold in 3 days was over asking. And all of that was because of the work Ash and his team did.
