Ash Morsi and his team did an excellent job of selling our home. He provided recommendations on what I should do before listing. Ash Morsi?s team found and managed contractors for a quick renovation of our 20-year-old home. They selected all the renovation finishes and staged it to look like a luxury townhouse. The house sold in just 4 days, and we received 12 offers. He negotiated to get us the best price and a quick closing. I would definitely use the team again to buy or sell another home. Are Open Houses a waste of time ?

We are noticing a trend in open house traffic where buyers have not found their agent of choice yet but they still want to preview properties. Anything that increases your exposure and gets more people in the door would be a potential benefit. We have had several offers come in from our open houses and I would highly recommend them!
