ZillowVERIFIED Arun is the best..!!! being a 100% satisfied customer I would like to recommend his services as a realtor, he helped me to buy a nice property in Paramus, NJ with an underbid price in this crazy market. Trust me folks I didn't even know he was negotiating on my behalf until the deal is good to go. His professional knowledge and experience are worth to be used. Sometimes he talks the damn truth even if you don't like it but never mind he will be right and will get you fruitful results. Once again thank you Arun for your help.Regards,Roni

ZillowVERIFIED Arun Thomas sold my house. He listed it for sale at a price that I was certain was way too high, and he got a full price offer on the very first day. Then he took care of everything, from negotiating repairs (we gave a small credit) to getting the government certificates. I expected a big hassle selling my house, but Arun Thomas made it easy and stress free. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED After an amazing experience buying a home in Paramus with Aruns professional real estate services, we had no hesitation in working with Arun again to sell our Teaneck home. Just as our previous experience working with Arun, he provided us with the full attention we wanted, always sending us updates and recommendations throughout the selling process. At every step of the way, he was clear and concise in his communication and services for us, he worked hard to not only prepare the house for sale, but to get us the maximum value for our Teaneck home. We will strongly recommend Aruns services to anyone interested in buying or selling a home, knowing that Arun wont stop working until his customer is completely satisfied with the results!

ZillowVERIFIED Arun is the best out there ! I have worked with big name realtors but didnt get the personal touch and the care Arun gives to his clients. He is available over the phone , email or text almost all the time including weekends. He is fast to find places with your needs and always points out the good and bad of the place he shows , he is not clearly looking for a quick buck .. he is looking for a client for lifetime and I am going to be one forever

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home comes with its own challenges and the solution to each of those challenges happens to be Arun Thomas. This is more so true for us as first time home buyers. Arun was introduced as a lucky charm by a friend of mine who was helped by Arun for his first home purchase. Working with Arun made the buying process simpler as he donned multiple hats to make our lives easier. First, as a buying agent who represented us strongly especially while providing insightful information about houses during our various home visits including pointing out any major structural issues that would not have crossed our minds, and being aggressive during price negotiations. Secondly, as a mortgage broker in helping us get the best available mortgage rates [and I could vouch for it since I did reach out to other individuals for competitive rates]. He also has good contacts with regards to attorney, inspection, property survey and keeps himself actively involved at each stage of the home buying process. However his unique selling point is his reactivity to any situation - be it calls, text messages or follow ups. He was on top of everything that needs to be done to gets the deal sealed quickly especially in this COVID situation. Thats what makes him stand out of the crowd and made our home buying process quick and efficient.Arun became more of a friend during our buying process and continues to check upon us as we learn to manage an individual house after living in apartments for our entire life. Hope he continues to spread his wings to other parts of New Jersey just as he did with us in Glen Ridge. Best Wishes Buddy!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Arun Thomas and I crossed path briefly a few years back. I came to admire Arun a lot for his work ethics, hard work, aggressiveness and willingness in helping out the customer and overall likability in the way he operates. Arun worked with us for more than a year patiently until we found our dream home.He proved that he can work with a person on customized solutions and can take things to the next level.I strongly recommend Arun to a home buyer. As you can see he is creative in his negotiation skills.Since he feels he has hit a growth wall, he has been keen in getting out of his current area of service and expand his horizon to nearby townships also. He's already being sought after by many potential buyers. Why wait.? Feel free to use Arun's service. All the bestRens George
