Arturo Seleme helped us buy our first home last year and we immediately referred him to all our friends and family due to his exceptional service. We had the pleasure of working with Arturo for a second time, recently closing on a house for my in-laws. We?re happy to say that Arturos dedication to his clients remains unparalleled. Arturo and his team were always available to see houses with us and answer all of our questions. His extensive knowledge about the real estate market is impressive, and his estimates regarding the worth of the houses were consistently accurate, which greatly assisted us in making informed decisions. Arturo and his team (including Lane, Zeb, and William) are all extremely professional, supportive, and have exceptional communication skills. He and his team were always very prompt and detailed in their responses, and this level of transparency and professionalism is something we greatly appreciated. Arturo has honestly become like family to us. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to ensure their home buying experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible. In conclusion, if youre looking for a realtor who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and communicative, I highly recommend Arturo Seleme. His expertise and commitment to his clients are truly commendable.

After years of hearing glowing recommendations from friends and family about Arturo, our trusty realtor extraordinaire, my mom and I finally decided to embark on the perilous journey of home buying with him. Having previously sold our humble abode through Arturos expert hands, we knew we were in for a wild ride, but hey, why not relive the thrill? From the get-go, Arturo and his merry band of home-hunting heroes (shoutout to Angelique!) were as flexible as a yoga instructor during sunrise sessions. They were there, ready to whisk us away on tours of potential dream homes, armed with smiles and an impressive arsenal of property knowledge. Now, lets talk about the process. Brace yourselves, fellow adventurers, for this was no mere jaunt through the neighborhood. Nay, it was a marathon, a test of endurance, a rollercoaster of emotions that would make even the bravest souls quiver. Months passed, and frustration threatened to rear its ugly head more times than we could count. But fear not, for Arturo and his team were our guiding lights in the darkness of paperwork and negotiations, always with so much patience. After what felt like an eternity (but was actually just a few months in mortal time), we emerged victorious, keys in hand. Our dream home was now a reality, thanks to the unwavering dedication of Arturo and his trusty sidekick, Angelique. If you find yourself on the treacherous path of home buying, look no further than Arturo, Angelique and team. Theyre not just realtors; theyre real-life superheroes, ready to swoop in and save the day (and your sanity). They deserve a rating so high, were not even sure 5 stars is enough! You wont regret it. And if you do, well, at least youll have a heck of a story to tell at the next neighborhood bbq!

Couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent. I wish I had money for a second house so I could experience this process of purchasing a home with Arturo again! When that time comes, I will surely be back with Arturo and Major Key. Great experience, no complaints whatsoever and I will recommend him to any of my friends and family members who are looking to buy.

Selecting them will be best decision you will make after deciding to buy a house. We worked with Arturo and loved the entire process from Start to finish. He fought for us at every corner and the advice he gave us throughout the process was priceless. Arturo is just as invested in finding the right house for you as you are for yourself. He has the vision to see the property for what it truly is, but also explain the short-coming of the house. It was amazing experience, and I would recommend him/Major Key Real Estate to anyone thinking of buying a house. Bonus getting to work with Lane who managed everything from contract creation to helping us just getting our ducks in a row to close and transition to the new house was just cherry on top.

Arturo helped us buy our first home and he made the process easier than I thought it would be. He?s extremely knowledgeable in real estate and was so easy to work with. He constantly kept us updated on everything we needed to know. I also liked that he pointed out red flags in homes and I didn?t feel pressured into settling on a home I didn?t love. Overall I would highly recommend Arturo and his team.
