ZillowVERIFIED As a real estate broker myself, I have high expectations when I hire another brokerage. I chose "The Art In Real Estate" to handle the leasing of my rental property, and they exceeded those expectations. From coordinating extensive remodeling to helping secure qualified tenants, the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. What impressed me most was their honesty. There was no sales pitch, no overpromisingaEUR"just straightforward communication, sound advice, and consistent follow-through. They under-promised and over-delivered every step of the way. They also did an excellent job vetting tenants, stayed on top of the details, and made what could have been a stressful process remarkably smooth. If you're looking for a brokerage with integrity, competence, and genuine people who do what they say they're going to do, I highly recommend Art in Real Estate. It was a pleasure working with them, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

ZillowVERIFIED Art is truly called the aEURoeArtaEUR? in real estate for a reason! He not only lives up to that name, but surpasses it by a million! Ive been his client for years and I wouldnt trust or work with any other realtor or broker. Just like anyone else Ive had other agents contact me, but my loyalty has always stayed with Art, because from day one he not only understood my wants and needs, but he didnt rush or push me in any way. He actually has done something very rare and unconventional for agents on a number of deals and advised me to not buy certain properties even when I was emotionally invested, because he knew it wasnt in my best interest and he has always been right, for that not only did he gain a forever loyal client, but a friend that will always be there for him. Ive referred many people from different walks of life to him and not one person has EVER given any negative feedback, not closed a deal or multiple deals with him. If you want an honest, ethical, hard working agent/broker that will go above and beyond to find you one masterpiece after another, Art is your guy! Thank you Art for everything youve done and continue doing for me! You truly are the best!

House after house, year after year, he has been our biggest advocate and has always had our best interests at heart! From the real estate hunt, all the way through advising on financial matters, he has always be there. Always available and accessible, regardless of the time of day it was or the time zone he was in! Patiently and honestly answering all our question! Words cant express how grateful we are for everything you have done! ZillowVERIFIED Before working with Artin, I always thought it doesnt matter who the real estate agent is, the end result is buying or selling a property and no matter who that agent is, you finally achieve the end goal. When I switched to Artin last year, I quickly realized that I was wrong! Artin made impossible possible! No, he is not a magician, but he is extremely knowledgeable on real estate, he is professional, and he cares about his clients. He will answer you whenever you reach out to him, and finally he would put his clients interest over his interest, and will make sure his customers are always happy. In this short time, we had 3 successful transactions with him and looking for the next 300 in the next 10 years.

As long as he is operating I will only work with Artin. If youre thinking of taking the plunge in this crazy Market there is no one better to assist you in keeping your head above water. I was able to sell my home for hundreds of thousands of dollars over asking, and I was able to purchase my house below market value. Artin has become more of a friend then just an agent. ZillowVERIFIED It was a fantastic experience. He really knew the market well, and crafted a strategy for our house within that market. I really believe it was due to this strategy and planning that we sold our house for $300k more than the other agents we interviewed even thought was possible. In interviewing with him and other agents, I could see that he was very resourceful and creative in how to meet our needs as we were not going for a traditional loan. It was really wonderful and I felt like I could trust what he was saying, not because he promised a higher sales price, but because of how easily he was able to craft options and strategies for us - many of which the other agents we interviewed hadnt even thought to suggest.
