ZillowVERIFIEDArthur was great to work with! As a first time home buyer, I had minimal knowledge about the process. Arthur was able to guide me through it all with so much patience. There were times when I reached out to Arthur with questions that should not have been for a real estate agent (I had no clue) and instead of telling me "it's not my job," Arthur was kind enough to give me advice and point me in the right direction. Arthur was very interested from day one to know exactly what I was looking for in a home which made finding my first home an easy and fairly quick process. I would highly recommend Arthur to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Arthur was our second agent, after a failed 6 month contract with a previous realtor. He quickly understood the pros and cons of our property and developed an appropriate plan for sale. He was professional, efficient and helpful in guiding us through the negotiation process. We would highly recommend his services on both the buy and sale side of any transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED I was tired of renting my one bedroom apartment and began searching for something larger to accommodate my need for more space. I heard about Arthur through a friend of a friend, and decided to use him as my realtor after having no luck with agents getting back to me promptly. I believe I made the best decision I could! He was extremely knowledgeable and offered me a lot of good advice! He was always easily reached by phone, and quickly responded to my emails! I certainly would reccomend him to my friends and family, and will use him again in the future as I continue to grow me family!

ZillowVERIFIED Arthur is a wonderful real estate agent, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in his area. He was very helpful, knew a lot about the area, and was very patient with our numerous questions. We looked at many houses until we found the one we finally bought, Art was a great source of information about each property. If he didn't know an answer himself, he was able to find out for us quickly. He was exactly the right agent for us, and I think he would do a great job for you too.

ZillowVERIFIED ARTHUR WAS THE ONLY R.E. AGENT THAT SIGNED ON TO SELL MY PROPERTY. HE WAS EFFICIENT, MOTIVATED, AND BOTTOM LINE-HE GOT THE PROPERTY SOLD. I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER R.E. AGENT--HE'S WORTH A TRY
