ReviewWow, what can I say?!?! Art is the BEST! Fantastic agent. Knows the area, lives in the area and worked very hard for us. Very flexible and knowledgeable. A great person and fun to work with. Very impressed. Would not go with anyone else.

Review Art knows the area really well. Art made the whole process of selling our home so smooth we did't have to worry about anything. Art knew local resources that helped with the inspection and items that needed to be repaired.

Review Can't really say enough good things about our experience with Art. Came to find a vacation property for our family and we are so happy we used Art for the Lake Cushman and Hoodsport area. He not only responded to our every question quickly he went out of his way to help on every step the first time we arrived to get the property set up. He does an unbelievable job! Aloha & Mahalo Art!!????????????

Review Art was great and did a wonderful job helping us find a house in our price range and in the area we love. He showed us a good variety and was knowledgeable on the areas to help us decide on a good area. He was able to help us to understand the costs and benefits of buying a home that needed more work then we wanted to do and once we found the right home he helped set us up with people to help us with a couple of fixes that it needed right away.

Review Art was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful. After detailing my circumstances and needs he was able to take me to a residence that fit my needs exactly. I put earnest money down that same day, and Art even assisted in finding me a VA approved lender who closed the property in less than 30 days. He does a remarkable job and is highly skilled in his profession.I would highly recommend Him to anyone buying or listing a home.

Review We choose Lake Cushman Reality and Art via the internet. When we met with Art we were considering buying a house/cabin at Lake Cushman. In a very short time we were sold on our agent and now just needed to find a house. Art truly loves the area, genuinely wanted us to be happy and answered all our questions truthfully. His friendly smile and laid back style makes you feel as if he was an old friend. We have dealt with a variety of agents over the years and although they were very good, Art has something special. Bottom line............he is one of the good guys!

Review We just purchased our aEURoedreamaEUR? cabin from Art. After having our original deal fall through with the seller, Art graciously and patiently went back in on our behalf and negotiated a deal that works for both of us. Besides working on behalf everyones best interest, he is a genuinely great personality that is a pleasure to work with.

Review Art helped us to get our first property, it was the one that we wanted the most out of all the ones that we looked at. We did not have the credit required for a bank loan. Art and Vicki worked hard with us and the seller to make the deal work for us both. He was able to setup an owner financed contract for us that worked good for both parties. We love our new home in Lake Cushman.

Review We had our Lake Cushman home listed for about 5 years with non-local Realtors; and when we finally made the right decision to list with Art, he sold our Lake Cushman home in less than 6 months! I would highly recommend Art for all of your real estate needs!

Review Art has been AMAZING! He actually listened when I told him what I was looking for and never waisted my time showing me something that didn't fit my requirements. He knows the community well and responds to communications immediately. His manner is comfortable yet professional and I'd recommend him to anyone that wants to buy or sell a home. He's been a real pleasure to work with.
