I have purchased and sold homes in various states over the past couple of decades and can tell you that Art is the example that all other agents / brokers should follow. Specifically: After relocating to Northern Virginia from overseas, Art dedicated himself to helping us find a home. This included seeing / touring several dozen properties before finding the right house. He was patient and his knowledge and expertise in helping navigate the process was invaluable. When we moved to the west coast, Arts knowledge and dedication in selling our house was equally valuable and made the process as user friendly as it could be. Subsequently, i have bought and sold other homes since leaving Virginia and can honestly tell you my other agents have all failed to live up to the care and service provided by Art and his team. I rarely make referrals, but have made and exception with regard to Art - when and where friends and family have been moving to or from the Northern Virginia area I always let them know about him and my experiences with him.
