ZillowVERIFIED Arlicia was a 10 out of 10, with my entire buying process. I feel like I gained a truly awesome friend for life. I had viewed several homes with other realtors since moving to Oklahoma City from Atlanta. But by the grace of God I stumbled upon one of her awesome yard signs and contacted the number provided. To my surprise she answered the phone. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for in my home buying process. I instantly knew she was the realtor for me, she did not stick to the traditional sales protocol of ABC (always be closing). Nope to my surprise she asked me my needs and wants and instantly begin sending properties that fit closest to my needs. After visiting several home that was on the market, she could tell I was not intrigued. Then she said: I have a property that I would like to show you. I was not sure what to expect. We pulled up to my new home, in the area that I was meant for me. I almost cried, yes, Marines do show feeling! lol! I asked her how did she find this house as it was not on any of the sites that had frequented. She explained that it had came on the market that day, I was smiling from ear to ear, I had to look her in the face and humbly say You got me! I asked her to give me 24 hours to pray ? about it. After going home and doing just that, I arose early the next morning and reached out to my awesome realtor, and told her to make an offer. I have been in my dream home for almost 2 weeks now and I am still amazed how awesome Arlicia listened and helped me with my home buying process, The moral of this review/ story is: If you dont want great customer service, dependability, or to purchase a new home, dont contact Arlicia, as she is going to give you a 150% and then some. She is truly the standard for realtors and I cant wait to see how far she goes in her career!
