Ariel Vargas

Ariel Vargas was born in Havana, Cuba and has lived in Central Florida for over 20 years. He has been in the real estate industry since 2009. He served as a Regional Property Manager for many years, before getting into Real Estate Sales in 2012. He worked his way up to Top Producer Status at another firm, founded Mr. Listing's Team, before opening, the Top Listing Realty. After successfully growing it, the team was merged to eXp Realty and they are now Top Listing Group brokered by eXp Realty. There, he has set out to create an Agent Driven environment, one who gives the tools necessary for fellow agents to excel in their career. As our Chief Executive Officer, he is in charge of all operations of the team. Nicknamed "Mr. Listing" by his peers and clients, you can expect from him world class experience and professionalism. Ariel devotes time to both his home church, Journey Church and Windermere Little League. Spending time and leaving a Legacy to his family is of utmost importance to him.
