We cannot recommend Dilenia highly enough. She worked with our family for nearly three years to help my parents find the right home in Florida for their retirement, and throughout the entire process she was incredibly patient, responsive, professional, and committed to helping us find what we were looking for. As out-of-state buyers, we relied heavily on Dilenia to be our eyes and ears on the ground. Over the years, our criteria changed several timesaEUR"from locations and price points to the size and type of home we wantedaEUR"and she was always flexible and willing to adjust with us. She continuously kept us informed of new properties, arranged showings quickly, and was extremely responsive to texts and questions, including evenings and weekends. Dilenia also brought valuable professional insight to the search. She was candid about what we could realistically expect within different markets and price ranges, provided thoughtful feedback on the homes we considered, and helped us research everything from property details and taxes to the documentation we needed to make informed decisions. She was never pushy and gave my parents the time and space they needed to make such an important decision. Once we finally found the right home, she was just as helpful throughout the purchase and closing process, communicating clearly and working closely with the sellers side to keep everything moving. After nearly three years, my parents found the retirement home they had been searching for. We are extremely grateful for Dilenias patience, expertise, and dedication and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in Florida.

To my family and I, Adry is not only the most competent agent in the business, but has become a great and important friend. With her humanity, discernment and impressive resourcefulness, she has matched me and members of my family with the right properties not just for purchase, but but rental purposes also. I just cannot recommend Adry enough.

Shes the best!! Adry went above and beyond helping us every step of the way to find the place we now call home. Thanks so much to you and your team!! Dont doubt to contact her if you are looking to get your new home. Blessings

Mattia is knowledgeable, communicative, and always ready to help! He is the best out here in Miami. We found my dream apartment at a great price. I definitely recommend him to everyone!

Samira was the BEST person to help me through the process of getting my house. She was transparent about everything and took care of every detail to the point that she was fighting for me like a lawyer in court. If I have to buy another property Samira will be my right hand. She is simply THE BEST!!!
