ZillowVERIFIEDWhat a pleasure it was to work with Ariel and her staff. She always provided quick responses and sound advice. Her attention to detail and the way she marketed our home by placing signs around the house calling out its features really made the difference for us. We interviewed several realtors and she stood out amongst them. So glad we chose Ariel!

ZillowVERIFIED Ariel was and continues to be a big support in our life when it comes to addressing our real estate needs. While Ariel supported us through our recent home purchase, she has also been helping us continue to strategize selling our current place given its complexities. It became very clear early on that Ariel is knowledgeable and has resources that enabled us to better understand the market and finalize our vision for our dream home. We are very fortunate to have crossed paths with Ariel and I would highly recommend anyone who wants a personal, friendly dynamic while tending to real estate matters to strongly consider working with her

ZillowVERIFIED We had a truly special and smooth experience working with Ariel. She was very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods during our search which covered both Portland and Vancouver metro areas. She provided insightful feedback about all the properties we looked at, providing clear and kind communication; demonstrating a commanding understanding of what makes a sound home investment; showing great insight into the needs of us as clients (both individually and as a family). She went above and beyond to make not only the search for a home enjoyable, she helped create a space for us to clearly define our wants and necessities in a home. When we found the home we were looking for, the closing process could have been daunting and overwhelming, but Ariel made things smooth and reasonable. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and personal approach of Ariel and her transaction team at Property Group NW.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a house for the first time is crazy! There is a lot to learn and having a good realtor is essential. From the moment I called Ariel Sasser she put me at ease. She is informative, prompt with responses to questions, kind, takes the time to explain the home buying process in detail, and is an overall excellent human! I recommend Ariel to everyone I know, and if you need a realtor, try Ariel at Property Group NW! She helped me find my dream home and we closed in under 30 days!

ZillowVERIFIED Ariel was great in helping us to sell a home and purchase a new one. We had to do a lot of negotiations in the sale and she was able to get that done in a timely manner where one day we signed the sales papers and the next we signed the purchase papers on the new home. It was pretty much seamless. I would highly recommend her as we always felt she was on our side and working hard to get the best outcome for us. She knows all the ins and outs of what is needed in this new complex world of real estate. I would use her again!!

ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with 6 agents and bought/sold 4 homes. Ariel blows every agent and experience I've had out of the water!!! She is above and beyond professional. Meaning she does her research, knows her home and contract facts. She can talk you through all scenarios and does so willingly. She does her own staging which I have never encountered. Absolutely brilliant! I can not recommend her enough. If you're tired of salesman talk and no movement please reach out to Ariel. She will put your mind at ease and pull out all the stops to move your property! She even put multiple sale signs up on different street views of my property. I didn't have to ask her she just knew. I had asked my last agent and they said no it wouldn't make a difference. She is Incredible, truly cares about mastering her craft.

ZillowVERIFIED Ariel went above and beyond, always quick to respond no matter what the time of day. She really listened when we had any questions or concerns about the sale of our house, and provided input as to the best course of action. When offers were received, she would provide an honest opinion of the offer, not try to push us for a quick sale. When it came to looking at houses/properties to purchase, she was nearly always available, and when not, she arranged to have another agent show the houses in order to coordinate with our schedule. She came prepared with tools like a circuit tester and flashlight. When it came to making offers, she provided input as to what she felt a fair offer would be, but didn't question our decision if we went a little lower. Ariel was very quick to provide paperwork that needed to be signed to proceed with the process, on both the sale and the purchase. Once in escrow on both houses, she kept us informed as to the progress on a regular basis. We would definitely recommend Ariel to others, for both the sale of their current home and purchase of a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED First time home buyer here! My fiancA(C) and I bought our home with the help of Ariel December 2023 and can't reiterate enough how amazing of an experience we had! We started with a previous agent in the beginning of March 2023 and went through many ups and downs throughout the changes in the market. We felt discouraged and a lack of support for our overall goals and wants. A friend reached out that Ariel is dual licensed in both OR/WA and we decided to give it a shot. From the beginning we felt that Ariel was very professional, knowledgable and supportive. Ariel was realistic with our wants and we truly feel like we wouldn't have gotten through this market or bought our home if it wasn't for her. I can't thank or recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED I heard selling your home can be a stressful experience. I had never sold a home before but selling my home with Ariel Sasser and Property Group NW in Portland, Oregon was pretty much flawless. Ariel and her entire team moved fast and efficiently while being willing to slow down if they were going to fast for me. Ariel was honest, transparent, always prepared, timely, responsive in communications, explained everything clearly, abided by all the real estate regulations, and was mindful and conservative with any quotes as to not get my hopes up. She believed in me and the ability of my home to sell even in the slow season. If there was something I wanted or didnt want to do, she supported me. Even the title company she used went to bat for me when some people started being shady. My experience was smooth and I got way more on every level that I ever hoped for. The hardest thing about selling my home was just physically moving. I highly recommend Ariel Sasser and Property Group NW. 5 stars!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ariel did an amazing job in helping us get our home in a tough market. She was very communicative throughout the whole process. She also had a wealth of knowledge about things to look for when we were looking at homes. While the wife and I were looking if the home was the right fit, she was busy checking out things like electrical panels, appliance condition and all the things that skipped our minds while doing walkthroughs. I would highly recommend her to friends and family looking to buy a home in the future. Thank you Ariel!

We were first-time homebuyers and really didn't know what to expect, and Jessica was just so kind and positive throughout the whole process. She was always so helpful finding new potential options for us to look at, encouraging us to look at neighborhoods we hadn't thought of, and going above and beyond to meet us for last-minute showings. Hiring Jessica as your agent means getting unending support for the home-buying process - I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently bought our first house with Ariel as our agent and no review could possibly capture how great the experience was. We are new the area and Ariel took the time to give us context, show us tons of houses, and explain to us so many things. I asked a million questions to her throughout the process and she was always responsive, kind and knowledgeable. What really blew us away was how detail-oriented and knowledgeable about both houses themselves and the local market Ariel is. She was able to spot "red-flags" in houses right away and helped us understand what work different houses would need and if they were smart investments. She even has advised us on several potential upgrades we are doing to the house to make sure we are maximizing for resale value down the road. All in all, I couldn't emphasize how amazing Ariel is - we will never use another agent!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a phenomenal experience with Ariel. Purchasing a house in Portland in early 2022 was absolutely insane. We started with a different realtor. While that person was responsive and dutifully showed us houses, they didn't provide us with the necessary context of the Portland market and, it seemed, didn't fight for us once we made offers. We lost out on a bunch of houses, including several where our offer was competitive with the winning offer. We were never in the conversation when it came time to competing for the house. Discouraged, we let that realtor go. We discovered Ariel when we looked at a house she was selling. She was gracious and helpful from the start, and immediately was providing us with the sort of information about the market that we felt we were missing. During our search process with Ariel, she was demonstrated incredible responsiveness and knowledge. Despite what we assume is a very busy schedule for her, we always felt like we were her only client. After a week, we found a house we liked and Ariel's communication with the seller ultimately got us an accepted offer. From that point, Ariel guided us through the process successfully and was always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations on everything from inspection strategy to good companies for doing work on the house. We even ended up seeking Ariel's advice when we sold our own house out of state, and she graciously gave some time to provide us with some great information.I know this sounds like an infomercial, but we couldn't have been happier with Ariel and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in Portland. Thanks Ariel!

ZillowVERIFIED Ariel Sasser is a thorough professional who is insightful, easy to work with, intelligent, and experienced. We have worked with over a dozen real estate professionals through the years, and Ariel ranks among the best, if not as the very best! Ariel represented us during our purchase of a small condo. We were in a different state, so all communication was by text, phone, and email. Nevertheless, Ariel made the process smooth, made sure our interests were well represented, and kept all parties focused on a successful outcome.
