I very timidly entered into this process after suffering a devastating blow at the hands of another realtor a year prior but April walked me through the sale of my old home as well as the purchase of my new home with absolute ease and 100% professionalism. I was absolutely terrified to go through this process but in no time at all we found ourselves unpacking boxes in our new home and breathing a sigh of relief. From start to finish I was impressed with how easy and comforting it was to buy and sell with this team. Even when the deal to sell our old home looked like it would fold April stepped in to negotiate it all and ended up saving it. She truly is an incredible agent to have in your corner! She was very patient and knowledgable during the entire process. She was always keeping us in the loop of what was happening. When it came time to sell our other home (a rental) we called April to help us. Again we weren't disappointed with her expertise or guidance. ZillowVERIFIED April was amazing. We met with her on a weekend and the house was on the market that next Friday. It was our rental so we were not onsite but she was great at giving us updates on showing activity and keeping us informed on what the market was doing. We had other realtors tell us to just list it for what we owed, April knew the market; she was able to sell it for more and allowed us to walk away with some cash. I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell.
