ZillowVERIFIED April Rogerson has seen us through two home purchases now and we wouldn't have it any other way. Her knowledge of real estate and the market, especially the current market, is a game changer. She used this knowledge to help us navigate our way to homeownership for a second time and to shower us with just the right amount of realistic expectations along the way. We will continue to recommend April to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She offers the same stellar service whether a new homebuyer or someone selling/buying again.

ZillowVERIFIED April Rogerson made my home buying experience smooth. My family member recommended her but, of course I did my research first and I loved what I saw. I knew that I needed someone who was familiar with the home buying process since I was a first time buyer. She always made sure I knew background information and fully understood each phase of the process. Her positive and easy going attitude was everything! She never got upset when I disliked a property, she used the information to get a good idea of what I would like. I would recommend April Rogerson to everyone - I have started already! Thank you again April Rogerson, I am completely satisfied with my new home and the experience of purchasing!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm so happy I chose April as my realtor. She was consistent and provided great communication. Whenever I wasnt able to make it to a walkthrough or arrangement April was there, FaceTiming me and sending me pictures of different selections so that I could still get the full experience. She was definitely rooting for me every step of the way. I would certainly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Rogerson was a excellent resource to me in my real estate need. She has a true understanding of what the market yields and understands that sometimes unconventional methods are needed to get conventional results. Her client satisfaction was first in her priority and she exhumed excellence my real estate experience was pleasant because of it. Truly a blessing

ZillowVERIFIED Constant and effective communication, she has it! The network to great home inspectors that will save you from buying a DUMP, she has it! If you happen to be in a bidding war for a home (happened to me in the Decatur area) she has the negotiation skills and acumen to close the dream home deal for you. Ended up not going with that home due to the very thorough home inspeciton report from a home inspector that she highly recommended. Although, I really wanted the home but having a honest & thorough home inspection report saved me from purchasing a well renovated undercover dump. April has patience so you can view all the homes until the right one speaks to you, she has it! AND she is ALWAYS in a pleasant, uplifting, inviting, and gracious presence! I am more than please and satisfied with my newly constructed home in South Fulton but I never considered this area a thought until she made the recommendation. I will be reaching out to April for her expertise for my next purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently purchased a home and had the pleasure to work with April. From the first phone call we hit it off and she made me promise on my imaginary bible that she would be the one to find me my first home, my experience with April was GREAT ???? she listened to what I wanted and delivered, the first home she showed me was the one even tho I played coy and asked to see others lol. April was kind, fun and patient. Even on vacation (which she took 3... yup I'm still jealous) she was working hard so I can meet my deadline, making calls and sending emails while in Iceland..... ICELAND!!! I would recommend everyone to April she's the BEST!!!! Thank you so much for holding my hand during this process April...
