As the bidding war was about to begin, April was able to get the buyer to accept our offer with minimal changes to the offer, before highest and best was called. If youre losing multiple offer situations, it may not be your offer, it may be your agent. I stumbled upon them by accident thru trulia thinking I was contacting the seller's agent and boy was it for the best! They drove hours out of their way the day after contacting them to let me view the property. PLUS they were able to save us at the very last minute when our lender of choice didn't pan out the week before closing! They had convenient mobile options for signing/submitting initial documents which helped as my husband was working out of town for most of the buying process. We have been ready for years, but had some unfinished projects and didnt think the time was right. Everything happens for a reason, and my husband lost his job. We knew the only way to keep our home from going into foreclosure was to sell it. We called April the day he lost his job. She came out that Saturday, sat down with us and we came up with a plan. After everything was planned out she reached out to investors before listing our home in MLS. Our house was never listed on MLS. We had an offer and were under contract in less than 4 days.
