Tony expertly handled the sale of a West Hollywood condo that I needed to sell in my role as successor trustee for the estate of a close friend. He gave constructive advice on specific renovations needed to be most appealing to buyers, and equally important he advised on what renovations NOT to do. I called and texted a lot and he always responded quickly. I appreciated that the marketing plan included lots of open houses because the unit really needed to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. When we got an offer in a tough market of rising rates and economic uncertainty and the holiday season, Tony got the buyers to come up to a price we could agree on.

We met Antony and his team over a year ago while randomly searching for a condo in Brentwood. We were not working with an agent at the time, as we were hesitant to do so...our previous experiences working with agents was not positive. Antony was listing a condo we were interested in, and purely through a phone convo, he earned our trust. Once we met him and his team for a condo preview, my husband and I decided that we wanted him to help us find our new home. For over a year, Antony showed us at least 50+ different locations on the Westside. There were lots of ups and downs and through each showing Antony was thorough, kept us calm, and advocated on our behalf with each of the sellers. After almost giving up, last month we found our dream condo and just moved in. He was a fierce negotiator, kept our finances and our wishes top of mind, and did not let anyone take advantage of us. Antony moved fast, even texting and emailing us in the middle of the night to get the deal done. He is kind, smart, and patient, but he is a shark when he needs to be. It is such an emotional ride and having the right agent to help guide you, support you, advise you and then advocate on your behalf is so important. I cannot say enough positive things about Antony. We are eternally grateful for his help and guidance. Antony and his team have become like family to us and they will be always be not only our agents but part of our lives. We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Tony. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find a home. Antony is a consummate professional. He was incredibly informative regarding what to expect during the process of selling our property. Strategically, he is an intellect and has a very analytical and intuitive feel for the marketplace, and the potential of a sale within a certain price range and timeframe. Its not an exact science, and he helps manage the odds in your favor. With his knowledge of properties and local tastes, he is also an asset when remodeling prior to a sale, such that costs are minimized and returns are maximized. Tony was an amazing agent to work with as first time home buyers. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and loved answering all of our questions. Hes very easy to communicate with and he made the entire process stress free (even when we hit some small bumps in the road).
