Working with Rob Sousa on the sale of our house in Templeton was such a pleasure! His experience in north San Luis Obispo County and overall knowledge of real estate transactions and potential pitfalls was invaluable. From pricing the original listing to preparing the house for the market, to actually getting the house listed during a tough time of the year, his expertise was spot on. Throughout our process, he continually anticipated what could happen down the road in the transaction and that made all the difference. He made the transaction much less stressful by taking on so many of the required tasks and just handling them. It was much less stressful than transactions weve done in the past. We would highly, highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to accomplish their real estate goals in north San Luis Obispo County.

We had a great experience working with Brandon. He took care of all the back-and-forth with the landlord so we never had to stress about chasing anyone down. During the walkthrough he was fun to work with ? he?d point out where a couch could go or how we could set up a room, which really helped us picture ourselves living there. After we signed he also did a move-in walkthrough with us to note any existing scuffs and wear, which we really appreciated. He made the whole process easy and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him!

Brandon was there for us every step of the way. He made the selling process feel easy and he went above and beyond helping us prep the house for sale. What I appreciated most was Brandon?s clear communication skills and warm and friendly disposition. He dealt with everything in a professional manner, managed to secure an offer of over asking price, and he represented our home wonderfully. If you are in need of a realtor, look no further! Brandon is your man.

Anthony was great to work with as a first time homebuyer. He is very knowledgeable in the realm of real estate and explained and helped us through every part of the homebuying process. Our search criteria were a 2 bed/2 bath property under $750k in South Bay LA. Anthony found multiple properties for us to tour, and worked with our schedule to be able to view the properties together. We really appreciated his advice on properties he thought were over or undervalued. His expertise in real estate made his advice very trustworthy. When it was time to make an offer, he made sure the offer we made on the home was competitive and reasonable. We discussed contingencies and the amount that was reasonable to offer. After accepting the offer, he ensured that we and the sellers agent maintained communication throughout the entire escrow process. He made himself readily available to answer our calls and to always answer our texts/emails in a timely manner. Overall, Anthony is a great real estate agent and I highly recommend working with him.
