This being my first experience buying a house, I suspect I brought with me an unusual level of anxiety, scrutiny and reservation, asking her for several levels of expertise to get a closer look at a few things after the inspection. Anslee gave me no indication that any of this was burdensome. Not only did she roll with all of my requests, she was very attuned to exactly what I was asking for, and went into sufficient detail to address every last concern that I had. She is someone who will listen to not only what you are saying, but will also hear what you might be trying to say. I get the feeling that closing a deal is not as important to her as making sure youve found the right home. ZillowVERIFIED We moved my Dad into assisted living this past Spring and Anslee recently helped us sell his home. I live in Ohio and my sister lives in North Carolina. Dads house is in Abingdon, VA, so we needed a reputable, trustworthy realtor who would be willing to work with us on a remote basis. My Dads investment advisor recommended Anslee and she was just wonderful. We did have the opportunity to meet in person on a few occasions and Anslee walked us through the whole process. She even helped us identify an estate sale host who did a wonderful job. The best part was her willingness to work with us remotely via numerous phone calls, texts and emails. We were always up-to-date on all steps. She called when showings were arranged, when offers were made and when there were actions we needed to take. Of course, working remotely there were occasional bumps in the road, primarily related to the timing of events like inspections, transfer of signed documents, etc. Anslee coached us through it all and made the whole process easy and stress free. Her reassuring and calming nature was very comforting. I cant recommend Anslee highly enough. She is just wonderful.

Within 4 days we looked at a new home twice, and with her assistance, signed a contract. She provided an appraisal of our old home, arranged for pictures of it, and had it on the market within a few weeks. She counseled us on negotiations with potential buyers and the hurdles that accompany final closing. She responded promptly to all calls and counseled us during the invariable ups and downs when selling a home. When an inspection revealed a significant issue in the home we wanted, Anslee had a contractor examine it and provide a price for correction within days. When the buyer of our home experienced delays in approval of their loan, it was Anslee who contacted their loan officers and title company to make sure the closing went through. Anslee went above and beyond to help us navigate the process of buying and selling our homes. We would encourage anyone who plans to buy or sell a home to give Anslee a call.
