ZillowVERIFIEDAnnie was amazing and helpful through the process of buying our new home. She was able to help us find our house through her contacts before it was officially listed, which was great. Annie was always extremely available, responding to text messages at all hours. She went above and beyond in all of our interactions, and it was a great experience for us as first buyers.
ZillowVERIFIEDAnnie was amazing as our Realtor. In a tough market to buy, Annie was helpful in crafting our search and really had a true understanding of what we were looking for. She adjusted (and readjusted) our search and visited countless homes with us along the way. When the perfect home came on the market, she had many great suggestions to make our offer as competitive as possible, which fortunately beat out multiple offers and landed us the home we hoped for! She is diligent, meticulous, has a great knowledge of the area, and is incredibly organized. We highly recommend Annie!
ZillowVERIFIEDAnnie is incredible. She helped guide us through our first-time home buying experience every step of the way. She truly takes the time to understand what you want in a home and we were able to find our dream home in our first weekend seeing houses! She is also very quick to respond to questions and has an expert team in place to help with anything that comes up.
ZillowVERIFIEDAnnie was a complete joy to work with. Right from the beginning at our first meeting, we knew we'd have a great experience. She immediately understood our goals, and helped steer us to a fantastic house. Once we were in love with the home, her knowledge of the local market helped us make an excellent offer that was accepted over a few others. During the escrow process she was there every step of the way...very helpful for us first time homebuyers! At the last minute when the appraisal came back low, Annie really came through in a pinch. Several discrepancies were noticed by her and her team, which allowed us to contest the appraisal. The day before we closed, our appraisal was upped to the offer price. Thereby completing a successful home buying experience and ending on a fantastic note!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe loved working with Annie! We had spoken with many other real estate agents before meeting Annie, so we know how special she is. Her communication was great and she is very responsive. She is a joy to work with and we are so grateful for her help!
ZillowVERIFIEDAnnie is phenomenal. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, responsive and detail-oriented, but she is a joy to work with. From our serendipitous meeting at an open house during our first visit to Norfolk, to the closing on our dream family home in Larchmont, Annie guided us every step of the way. We went through the entire home buying process remotely aEUR" during a crazy housing market aEUR" and Annie was truly exceptional. She was our eyes and ears on the ground. She listened to our concerns, communicated with us openly and honestly, and advocated for us at every turn. We are extremely grateful to have met such a dedicated realtor and to have made such a wonderful friend. If you are looking to buy/sell/rent in the Hampton Roads area, Annie and her team are the BEST.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe stumbled upon meeting Annie at an open house and as first time homebuyers, we had not yet found an agent to help us in our search. After chit chatting for about 30 minutes, we knew right then and there she understood what we wanted and could provide us the patience and understanding with it being our first home. She did not disappoint!!! We had so many questions and really knew little about the process (but thought we did with reading whats online). Annie was always available for a conversation, to help explain and to put our best foot forward in any house that we were interested in. With this current crazy market, there were quite a few offers that were not accepted but we learned from each of them and eventually found THE house we never could have thought we would get and within our budget! We honestly could not be happier and we are forever grateful to Annie for guiding us along the way and helping our dream become a reality. We HIGHLY recommend Annie and her team!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with Annie. From day 1 to closing she was a true professional. As first time home buyers in a very challenging market, we relied heavily on her expertise. She was there day and night to answer questions, make adjustments and offer support. Buying a house can be stressful at times (understatement), but with Annie we always felt that she was fully committed to helping us find our dream home. We couldn't recommend her highly enough!
ZillowVERIFIEDAnnie is incredible. Her professionalism and knowledge of the market are bar none. Her response time was impeccable, and we will definitely be using her again!
ZillowVERIFIEDAnnie helped my mother and sister with their home purchase recently in VA. A big move from Los Angeles to Suffolk, but we felt at ease knowing we had a great realtor on our side who always available to answer questions we had and giving us updates seeing as my mom was far away. We definitely got lucky because not only did we find an awesome, friendly, organized, caring and patient realtor but we gained a new friend in Virginia. We cant thank her enough! She really is one of the best realtors out there! We know who to call when its our turn :)
