My husband and I had some exciting ideas going into the home buying process, but we also had a long list of questions. Some realtors might find these questions to be time consuming or even at points---silly. Looking back, I can see that and I feel such gratitude that Carey responded with diligence, directness, and common sense ideas each time that we brought her a question. She is consistently respectful and clear. I appreciated her willingness to validate our concerns and help us see the possibilities rather than the fear. We appreciated her focus on our communication and her memory to recall what we liked/disliked. She has appreciation and firsthand experience in the area, and she is quick to ask a question that redirects the focus back to us as the buyer and our needs. In addition, I am a high school teacher and I frequently think about "joining the chaos or bringing the calm" in my daily life and my profession. Carey brings the calm, without question every single time. Whether it was a 6:45 am call as she completed her own family responsibilities and I drove to work, or a late night call to get her insight on our offer. She is steady, she is knowledgeable, and we are so proud that she was on our team. And at the end of it all---she put together a kick a$$ offer that was reasonable, stood out, and most importantly it got us an incredible home. I also never take the time to write reviews (I know that I should!), but Carey genuinely rocks and people should know that.
