We interviewed 2 other agents to sell our house and Anne looked at some aspects of the house inside and out that the others did not; Anne is very thorough. Anne walked us through the process of putting the house on the market and offered great advise. The house had offers within 12-24 hours and she negotiated well to get us the best price and kept us informed throughout. She checks in with us on a regular basis and answers any and all questions that we have promptly. She also has worked closely with the buyerss agent, ensuring there is understanding on both ends and working in our best interest. The best way for me to explain it is that she just has a way of connecting with you, at least for me that was the situation.
