Anne's advice was spot-on with what items were most important for renovation. This helped me focus my efforts. Once the house went on the market, we had multiple offers within a week! Anne set-up the photographer for the house. The pictures turned out great which helped attract potential buyers.

We interviewed 2 other agents to sell our house and Anne looked at some aspects of the house inside and out that the others did not; Anne is very thorough. Anne walked us through the process of putting the house on the market and offered great advise. The house had offers within 12-24 hours and she negotiated well to get us the best price and kept us informed throughout. She checks in with us on a regular basis and answers any and all questions that we have promptly. She also has worked closely with the buyerss agent, ensuring there is understanding on both ends and working in our best interest. Our house closes soon, we move out of state, and we will truly miss working with Anne who has become our friend!
