I can't say enough about the positive experience using Anne for a recent home sale. She is professional, knowledgeable, hard working and so sweet. She had warned us prior to listing that homes are sitting on the market for an average of 100 days right now, but she had us under contract in 17 days!!! When we originally reached out, we had a property in mind, that we went under-contract on, but backed out due to our growing family, and decided to continue looking at properties. Anne was so patient with us while we were exploring our options, and took us into what felt like 100+ homes. From lake-views, to potential rentals, to acreage, to turn-key, to fixer-uppers, Anne didn't skip a beat. She was with us throughout the whole process, and at all hours. I swear that lady never sleeps... After many months of viewings and showings, we simultaneously went under contract on the sale of our house and under contract on our forever home.
