Country Air Properties

As a first time homebuyer with a modest budget, and as a single mom, I was so lost where to start with my dream of buying a house. When I met Anne Skeen, all of my fears, concerns, and confusion faded. She answered every question big and small, and in a timely manor. She had great recommendations for houses that fit my budget and wants. She was always on time and gave me her honest and professional opinion on the positives and negatives of each property. When I was ready to make an offer, she walked me through every step of the way and also helped me get a wonderful deal. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Anne Skeen is just simply the best!

Anne did a great job with communication through the entire process. The sale of our house was not always smooth but she was able to handle it all and reassure us it would all work out. When we went to purchase our next home she let us take our time and listened to what was important to us in our forever home. She helped us realize what we couldnt live without and we were finally able to close on our forever home. I would highly recommend Anne for anyone looking to buy or sell the home!

Mary Anne was a pleasure to work with in the sale of our property. She is knowledgeable and helped us move through sale process in a professional manner. I highly recommend her if you are seeking a real estate agent.

I can't say enough about the positive experience using Anne for a recent home sale. She is professional, knowledgeable, hard working and so sweet. She had warned us prior to listing that homes are sitting on the market for an average of 100 days right now, but she had us under contract in 17 days!!! She definitely knows how to draw buys attention to a property. I knew from first interaction that she was someone I could put all my trust in and she proved it. If you are looking to buy or sell, you will not be disappointed using Anne Mary Skeen.

We worked with Anne Mary Skeen to purchase an Airbnb property in Kelseyville. Throughout the whole process, I always felt she had our best interest in mind. She was knowledgeable and her advice was always spot on. She was very responsive and went over and above to provide us with contacts in the area. We have worked with three other realtors in the past and Anne was the best by far. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
