ZillowVERIFIED As we began the process of finding land on a lake, we knew we needed an agent who specializes in this area. We reached out to several one night and Anne responded right away. We met with her several times regarding properties we were interested in. She immediately found areas of concern and was able to easily explain the waterfront building limitations. Once we found the right property, the process was simple. Were excited for the next chapter and so thankful to Anne.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the third property I have worked with Anne on, and as always, it was great experience. Anne is one of the hardest working people in this business I know, and always goes the extra mile. Anne was attentive and helpful throughout the process, and she is a wealth of knowledge. Her genuine and straightforward approach, combined with her integrity and honesty made me feel very comfortable throughout all three of my purchases. I am very anxious to work with Anne again, and would definitely recommend using her and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Anne at Maine Real Estate Choice was exceptional to work with. From the start, she was transparent, extremely knowledgeable about the local market, and proactive in pointing out details and considerations I would not have known to look for on my own. I moved to the area four years ago and had previously worked with another realtor. Between limited inventory, rising prices, and high demand, the process became exhausting and discouraging. I eventually gave up and even began considering moving out of state. Working with Anne was a turning point. She provided an honest, realistic assessment of the town and market and helped reset my expectations in a way that was both necessary and reassuring. She took the time to understand my lifestyle and was refreshingly direct when a property wasnt a good fitaEUR"saving me time, stress, and unnecessary disappointment. Anne and her team made a very overwhelming process feel manageable and supported every step of the way. I'm incredibly grateful for their guidance, and if I ever buy, sell, or do both in the future, they will absolutely be my first call.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have had a better experience with Anne. We met Anne when we with purchased our land. She could not have been any more helpful. She walked us through that process and facilitated finding a builder to build our home. From the start, she walked by our sides from beginning to the completion of the house. All the way she provided valuable resources and ideas to help us create the home of our dreams. We could not have been more thankful for all of her help. She held all meeting in her office making it very convenient for us. She often served as a bridge between the builder and ourselves which was invaluable. Many people say what a headache purchasing and building a house can be. In our opinion, Anne provided us with an amazing experience and made it easy. We couldn't be more grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED Anne is the best real estate professional we have ever dealt with. Period. She is kind, direct, personable, knows when to push and when to observe. She was truly our advocate, not just looking for the next commission. Anne was patient and thoughtful as we looked through many homes before deciding. Anne was always positive, a wicked good sense of humor and she has become a trusted friend. I would recommend anyone needing a committed professional in real estate, call her first.

ZillowVERIFIED Anne was exceptional. She worked with us in the midst of a difficult situation, selling a long held house during a divorce. She skillfully and gently guided us through the ups and downs of selling a house while also offering us the support we needed. She was very knowledgable about the housing market and what to do to make a sale happen, making it possible for us to quickly sell our house at a good price. I knew I was working with someone who would be able to sell our house and who cared about me as a person, not just a client. She is special.

ZillowVERIFIED Fantastic. Anne is extremely knowledgeable of the area, the market, and the ins and outs of the real estate business. The first house we put in offer in on we were able to close on. It was no easy feat as there was a lot of negotiations and conditions from us in order to make it happen. Anne took care of it with ease, and we closed in a very timely manner. She has connections all over the region. Whether it's inspectors or mortgage companies she knows the ins and outs of the area. Anyone looking for the best home buying or selling experience will not be disappointed with Anne.

ZillowVERIFIED Anne was a pleasure to work with in selling my parents home. Unfortunately, the inspection disclosed unknown problems that needed to be addressed before closing. With Annes knowledge and contacts with local contractors, the work was done in record time. This pleased both me and the buyer with the requested closing going smoothly less than two weeks after the inspection, and at a satisfactory price. I would highly recommended Anne to anyone looking to sell a home in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED After meeting with 3 separate realtors and having all of them come and walk through our property to give us a market analysis we decided to list our home with Anne. She was the most thorough when walking through our home and was able to identify aspects of our home we felt valued our house higher than other properties on the market where the others we met with mostly focused on bedroom and bathrooms numbers and sizes instead of being able to identify nuances in the construction materials and quality of our home. We were adamant about having professional photography done and I was happy with the photographer she brought in to do our home with well composed photos and none of the digital and wide angle lens trickery that is so common these days in listing. We ended up going under contact for well over our asking price and we able to close the deal without any major issues. Anne helped guide us through the sale of our home without pressuring us in any particular direction and overall I think all parties walked away happy with the transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Anne since our school days, and told my wife that we should contact her after we decided to list our house. I should mention that we had listed our home a few years back w/ other agency's and had very poor results. Anne's first question to us was, "so where are we going"? My wife and I both looked stunned as we realized that if we sell our house, that we had no plans as to where we would go. She really got us thinking. From that point Anne took our hands and led us through the entire process. We found a home that we loved, and she helped us put our proposal together. She then hired a professional photographer that took amazing pictures of our 1850's home, along w/ drone videos. The morning that we sat in her office to send our proposal, she put our house live on the market. Within minutes her phone was ringing, and 6 hours later we had an offer, and the rest is history. We couldn't believe how quickly things went from there, and every time we would contact her with concerns and fear, she reassured us that everything was fine, and to just let her handle it. Any boy did she ever. We love our new forever home w/ our 2 Golden Retrievers, and couldn't be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED So glad I chose Anne for my realtor when seeking a summer home in Maine! From the very first phone call, she was in tune with my hopes for this house. In fact, she emailed some good leads right while we were talking, and many more as they came on the market in spring. Anne's considerable knowledge of the area made it possible for me to identify the perfect house and make an offer with just one flight for viewing, and she handled all the details with competence and smiles. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Anne was instrumental in our finding and purchasing our dream home on Long Lake. With her outstanding knowledge and insight of the lakes region real estate market, she was able to guide us to a home we wouldnt have looked twice at online. Without the slightest bit of aEURoepushy-nessaEUR?, she explained the benefits of our property that we initially couldnt recognize at first glance. She was also wonderful to work with as we sold our cabin in order to purchase our lake home. Anne is THE BEST, not only as a realtor, but as a person who listened to our dreams of owning waterfront property and patiently and expertly guided us to making our dream come true. We have recommended Anne to all our friends who now want to join us on the lake!

ZillowVERIFIED Anne was awesome to work with! I had purchased a small camp last fall with the intention of setting it up as a vacation rental. But then some things changed and I needed to sell it. I wasn't sure what the market would be like, but decided to list it anyway. Almost immediately, the offers started coming in. Anne was prompt with sending over the offers for me to review, and we quickly moved forward with one of them. After inspection, the buyers made an adjustment to the offer, and Anne was very helpful in negotiations. She gave me her advice, but it was clear the decision was mine to make. On closing day, due to a mixup, she had to wear the "closing agent" hat, and she did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend Anne to anyone looking to buy a house in the lakes region!
