ZillowVERIFIED I rented an apartment from Anne Michael (she was the landlords agent), and she did such a nice job that I hired her when I was ready to buy a house. Shes a pro: she knows her stuff, is responsive, gets the details right, and is good with people. Buying a house is a high stress thing to do aEUR" its a big decision that you want to get right aEUR" and Anne Michael does a nice job of keeping you steady and keeping the process moving forward. Whats also really helpful in a small town like Marshall and the surrounding countryside is she not only knows the geographic areas but she knows the people in the areas; because she knew the seller, she was able to find the house I bought before it was even on the market. She did a great job.
