We bought a property sold by the Zorich Wolfe Team. It was all fine till the point we were under contract. At the time of the final walkthrough we found the property in complete disarray. The garden hadn't been maintained at all, the lawn hadn't been mowed and an appliance was missing. When we communicated this to the Zorich Wolfe Team they did the absolute bare minimum in response. At the time of possession, we found clumps of grass all over the lawn. They had a bottom of the line 60$ microwave delivered to the property, a property they sold for over a million dollars.
