ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about Ann-Marie. Not only she is knowledgeable about the real estate market she is a hard worker. Maybe a little too hard, I've gotten emails from her around 11pm. But I'm not complaining. She offered great advice on renovating my house. She saved me a lot of money on unnecessary renovations. Plus she has a great network of mortgage companies, handyman services, painters, etc.... I had to get some repairs done and Ann-Marie knew of the right company to hire and it was a snap. I didn't have to try to look around online for services. And when it was time for me to find a new home she was quick to reply to showing requests. One time I wanted to see a home but she had a previous commitment and instead of dropping the ball she made alternative arrangements so that I could see the home. Plus she's been quick to keep me updated on the seller feedback. I can see why she has a lot of 5 star reviews, I'm a happy customer!

Ann-Marie agreed to meet us in short notice, without pre-approval and even without signing an exclusive agreement -- this impressed me a lot! The first time we met her, we liked her and decided to go with her as our buyer's agent. Ann-Marie had great knowledge on the area, schools, shopping etc - everything needed to decide on where to buy a house. WE actually made an offer on a house WITH ONLY ANN-MARIE SEEING IT. We trusted her, as she understood our needs. We flew down, during due diligence period, to see the house, and absolutely loved it. From then on, we used Ann-Marie's contacts for mortgage, lawyer and property manager. All her contacts were really good and she doesn't recommend if she didn't feel they did good business. We are very pleased with Silverton Mortgage, recommended by Ann-Marie. I highly recommend Ann-Marie as an agent for buying or selling. Even looking ahead many years, we will use AnnMarie to sell this house and buy a new one. We were first time homebuyers and my husband and I couldn't be more opposites. I'm not picky, but he is. AnnMarie was able to determine what he wants and made sure it would work for me too. After making an offer on a house and having it accepted, some issues arose concerning the plumbing and septic systems. AnnMarie renegotiated a lower purchase price to accommodate the plumbing repairs and also for the seller to make repairs to the septic leach field. I would say that most importantly, she understood what I was looking for. Even though my new HOME is outside my ideal location, without AnnMarie I feel I would still be looking.

She was able to advise us as we were searching for the perfect home while we were living in Germany. Having little time to search while we were in Georgia, she worked quickly to help us find the perfect new construction home for us, well under asking price. She not only helped us purchase the home, but was also there every step of the buildeing process even while we were still living in Germany. Several years later, we wanted to move closer to metro Atlanta. We first tried to sell our home privately, however quickly learned that we needed to place it on the market. We entrusted Ann-Marie with listing our home and she was able to sell it for $10k over asking price!At the same time, she helped us find another new construction home in the Brookhaven area. Mid-construction, the builder used the wrong mortar color on the house. She was quick to advise us on our options. She was able to find us another new construction home in a better location that was a better fit our family's needs. She then diligently worked to obtain our money back from the builder that had put the wrong mortar color on the house, and get the new bigger, better home for $20k under asking price!I would not hesitate to refer Ann-Marie as a trusted realtor. ZillowVERIFIED Having worked for several months with two other realtors in the area who merely reacted to the properties we found on our own and served as, for all intents and purposes, human door keys, we finally happened upon Ann-Marie. On day one she heard everything we told her we were looking for (AND everything we weren't looking for) and had houses to show us by the end of the day. Within about two weeks she presented us with a home that we immediately knew was to be ours. Ann-Marie was phenomenal at guiding us in how to structure an offer that she then handled presenting. Upon acceptance by the seller, she then recommended a financing group who processed our loan (a V.A. no less) and had us sleeping in the new home within 6 weeks from the offer. I used another agent before her who simply did not care.. he showed me houses that were under weird circumstances and mostly short sales. He seemed to have no knowledge of what he was doing and because of him i ended up losing the sale, because he failed to tell me that the house didnt qualify for the loan type, and the bank ( bank of america) was nice enough to tell me that three days before mu closing. Super horrified from my last experience I was introduced to Ann-Marie. She made the whole house buying experience quick and easy for me. It was always easy to get in touch with her, and the custom website she created for me based on my likes and general areas made it super easy to weed out all the crap. I started looking in late feb and closed on my condo on the 31st of april, everything was smooth sailing and I LOVE MY HOUSE!!! I love Ann-Marie and have already recommended her to a friend.
