Angelina has now helped us successfully sell two different homes and purchase one over the years, most recently she helped us sell our home on Amicus Road in Ruckersville, and there is a reason we have continued to trust her every single time. This sale presented some unique challenges because we had already moved to our new home nearly three hours away. Being that far from a house you're trying to sell could have made the entire process incredibly stressful, but Angelina made it so much easier for us. She was always on top of everything, handled things locally when we couldn't be there, kept us informed, and made us feel like we were never out of the loop despite the distance. Communication is one of Angelina's greatest strengths. Calls, texts, questions, problems, updates, she is responsive, straightforward, and proactive. We never had to wonder what was happening or whether something was being handled. If something needed attention, Angelina was already on it. This particular sale had its share of ups and downs, and Angelina stayed steady through all of it. She gave us advice when we needed it, communicated honestly about the market, and continued working to get our house sold. Having someone we already trusted representing us made a stressful situation much easier. After three transactions together, Angelina has been absolutely phenomenal for our family. Review Bottom line, Angelina was spectacular to work with and we couldn't have been luckier to have her represent us! We were moving from out of state which made it difficult for us to find a home, especially given how competitive the housing market is in Charlottesville. This didn't seem to make a difference though, Angelina was incredibly responsive and always available even at weird times (she would even video tape walk-throughs of a home if couldn't be there physically!). We were worried we would have to settle with a home we weren't happy with but ultimately we found a dream home in a perfect location. As she puts it, she's a shark with negotiating but she gave very good advice for our position and we got a very fair price for what is a big upgrade for our family. She's now been helping us get settled in our home even after closing and has been helping us find contractors to get the house ship-shape for us to move in. Angelina is clearly a strong advocate for her clients and simply a genuine and fun person to be around. We feel very lucky to have been referred to her and will be doing the same to anyone we know who is looking to buy or sell in the Charlottesville area. What a gem!!

We ended up buying a dream home a few months later and was tasked with selling ours first- something that seemed so daunting. Review My wife and I weren't sure we wanted to sell our house or purchase a new one; however, we wanted to test the market and attempt to get closer to our workplace. You may find a more tenured agent, but I can assure you that you will not find an agent that cares more about their clients. Buying and selling is a very stressful experience; however, Angelina did everything she could to alleviate some of that stress. Review Angelina Santus truly went above and beyond to sell my house. Just a quick example; I was out of town when things could have gone very bad because of the carpet cleaners. She was able to make the company realize they screwed up, even when they tried to argue, and fix the problem in record time. I never had to impatiently wait for a response to any of the multiple questions I had. Everything from the painting to the lawn care, she made sure was done right. I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale, even when there was not much to update. I am extremely glad we were able to have her as our realtor. Many thanks to her for the ease of it all.
