ZillowVERIFIEDAngie Sandhu sold my house in Yuba City and expertly negotiated a sale that was quick, painless, and more than asking price to boot! She knows the Yuba/Sutter and surrounding areas and has unlimited local resources to position your home for the best offer possible. Her negotiating skills are top notch. Once in escrow, Angie's proactive manner in addressing all aspects of the buyer's inspection report, delays with the buyer's lender and agent, and follow up with the title company led to a successful outcome where we closed inside of 30 days. Without her, this wouldn't have been possible. You would do well to have this lady in your corner and I'm ever grateful. I highly recommend Angie Sandhu as a realtor who is professional, personable, trustworthy, and gets results.

ZillowVERIFIED I am writing on behalf of my 82 year old mother who just sold her house because of this lovely agent listing her home. Angela is very responsive, helpful, caring and definitely looks out for her clients. She walked my mother through this process step by step clarifying when needed without hesitation. I wish there were more professionals in the field like her especially in these times we are living in. We are forever grateful to her for making an emotionally difficult decision for my mother as simple as possible. We highly recommend her!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Bought 2 homes and sold one with Angie this year. She was spot on as to what price we could get said homes (saving me some cash) and helping me get max value for the home I sold. She is hands on. She found out about permits that had expired on one property and made sure everything was up to date. All our transactions went quickly. The first home we bought had 5 other bids and we managed to get said home without getting into a bidding war with her advice. I give her my highest recommendation and will is her in the future.

Angela went above and beyond to help make sure we understood everything about everything during buying our first house and then selling it later. She responds instantly to any of our questions or concerns. She is not only a real estate professional but is a great friend to have.

She went above and beyond to get the house ready as we live 150 miles away. Angie was always responsive, in a timely manner to my questions and concerns. We like her as a person and grateful for her help in the sale of our home. Again, I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Angela. My husband and I literally walked into her office unannounced and said that we were in town for less than a week and we needed to buy a home. She went out of her way to show us homes (even that very afternoon) that fit what we were searching for. Since we were out of state buyers, Angela often bent over backwards to make our closing process as seamless as possible. She was an easy phone call away and was always willing to stop and answer any questions. Angela was a joy to work with and I trusted her opinion in all our decisions.

ZillowVERIFIED It was truly a privilege and honor to work with Angela. As a first time home buyer it was quite the undertaking to be purchasing a home and especially so in this market and Angela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire home purchasing process and afterwards. You couldn't ask for a better real estate agent. Thank you Angela.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Angela to sell our current home and buy our retirement dream home. From the first meeting we knew she was going to be great. She had every resource that we could possibly need from local financing offices, to movers. She was so efficient, knowledgeable and caring. She guided us each step of the way. She checked in almost daily to be sure that we as the customer were doing ok during the stressful process of selling and buying a new home. She was not only excellent in her skills as a realtor, she became a friend to our family. She made our experience that much easier with her responsiveness, advice, through the entire process. ZillowVERIFIED Working with Angela was great. She is professional, honest and patient. I never felt rushed throughout the entire home buying process. It was a fight to get the home I wanted but Angela stuck with me and got me through it. She made it easy to sign docs and was very prompt with everything. What I liked the most was that Angela's first priority was to get me into the home I wanted and didn't just try to get me any house for the sake of making the sale. I will recommend her to all my friends and family that are looking for an awesome realtor. Our friendship began with business and now we're really good close friends.
