Erika did an outstanding job helping me purchase my first home. She was professional and always answered my questions. She was able to work around my schedule to view homes. I highly recommend Erika to all my family and friends. Be sure to give her a call for all your real estate needs.

We have delt with a number of real estate agents. Angie is far and away the best of then all. We needed to down size and move into town. She found us the home we were looking for in very short order. She helped us through the buying process, step by step and fully explained each document. She was present for each meeting and or signing we were involved in. She also followed up with the lender to make certain there were no glitches. The purchase of our new home went through without a hitch. After we purchased our home she worked with us find a buyer for our country home in Loma Rica. The property sold in 4 days after listing. Here also, Angie worked with us every step of the way. She set up dates for inspections and was there to watch over the process. She had a professional photographer come out to take the best pictures of the property we have ever seen.We very highly recommend Angie for your residential real estate needs. She goes above and every step of the way.

Angie Sandhu sold my house in Yuba City and expertly negotiated a sale that was quick, painless, and more than asking price to boot! She knows the Yuba/Sutter and surrounding areas and has unlimited local resources to position your home for the best offer possible. Her negotiating skills are top notch. Once in escrow, Angie's proactive manner in addressing all aspects of the buyer's inspection report, delays with the buyer's lender and agent, and follow up with the title company led to a successful outcome where we closed inside of 30 days. Without her, this wouldn't have been possible. You would do well to have this lady in your corner and I'm ever grateful. I highly recommend Angie Sandhu as a realtor who is professional, personable, trustworthy, and gets results.

Angela went above and beyond with the sale of my home. Throughout the process she was very professional and she quickly answered questions that my wife and I had. Based on my experience I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top of the line agent .

Incredibly professional and helpful.
