She listened to our wants needs and many of our concerns she informed us on things around a house that we should also be looking for and things that are not profitable to us. We would also received a daily house listing notifications that would inform us on the house in our desired area. When we call or text Angela with a house that we wanted to view she would make it happen in a time matter and I mean anytime we presented her with a home she was right there to call and make those viewings happen. So all the way to closing Angela Ham had our back I definitely appreciate her dedication to us as well as to her job in negotiating to help us to get into our brand new home. Angela listened to our needs, wants and desire then made a plan to show us townhomes, homes, and new builds. We were always connected thru email, text messages and face to face appointments. We made several weekend visits to properties but ultimate decided to build a new townhome. She was able to negotiate items as well as help us with the process from the beginning. ZillowVERIFIED Angela,You were so responsive in the beginning. At the end of the process I felt you were catering towards everyone but me. That's why I moved in my house with one keys, no garage opener, and I had to talk to the seller to get stuff done. I recommend you be more consistent when dealing with your clients. You had 2 months to get the septic tank information I asked for. I know next time what to expect And you I will not use you again.
