About Angela Culbreth Ridge

I'm so lucky to have grown up in the Carolina mountains!! Spending most of my summers on Lake Lure, by far the most beautiful area ever. Attending UNC Chapel Hill drew me to Raleigh where I have spent the last 30 years. I'm the proud mother of three girls and an adamant animal lover!! Things I enjoy the most are reading, running and cooking. My happiest days are knowing I have went above and beyond to make my sellers and buyers extremely happy. I am SPS, ABR, and SRES certified!!

As a first time home buyer, I did my own research and thought I knew what to expect when purchasing a house and boy I was wrong! Angie was so helpful and patient with me, explaining processes and options. I was a flexible buyer (looking at new construction and less 10 yrs old), and Angie explained to me the pros and cons of each of these choices. I was able to find the place I wanted within my price range and within a short time and I got my offer accepted from the first time thanks to her advice. After my offer was accepted, she and her team helped me tremendously during the closing processes, due to my busy schedule and having to leave the country within weeks of extending my offer. I heard a lot of stories about the stressful closing process, but Angie made things happen so smoothly that no one believes how fast and smooth my purchasing and closing process was especially for a first time home buyer. The current real estate market is volatile but Angie helped me with decision making based on her expertise and she advised me on key changes in the house to keep my house up-to-date in case I want to sell in 4-5 years. Two month post closing and with her advice, I am living in a place that hits all my "dream house" check list. I thank her and her team for looking after me and my house while I was oversees. I highly recommend her for her expertise in addition to her kindness, patience and support especially answering my 10 PM texts! Thank you Angie!

Angie went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. She also helped us both get our homes ready to sell. She made the right recommendations for upgrades so we could get the most out of the sale of our homes. She has great connections and it was easy for us to get people to do repairs etc. which is very hard these days. We already have her ready to go when we pull the trigger on our beach front property. I have never met a person so detailed and on top of things. Without her, we would never have been able to get both our homes sold in time to use the proceeds to buy our new home. She truly is the best!

Angie interacted with me a great deal over the internet before I arrived in Raleigh. That took up a lot of her time. When I got to Raleigh she was always out there looking for me a house. It did not matter if I wanted to see something at the last minute or it was across town. She was great about knowing the areas that I wanted to be in and finding a house in that area that I could afford. She was great!!
