Kim was all a prospective home buyer could ask for. She was cordial, honest, forthcoming, and prompt. She kept us informed at all points during the buying process and always fought for the best deal (from the due diligence period to closing costs). When I asked her opinion on certain issues, she always gave personal examples of what she did while purchasing her home. If anyone were to ask me to recommend an agent in this area... hands down it would be Kim. 5/5.

This was my first time buying a house. I had no idea what I was doing, I called Fonville Morisey explaining to them the area I wanted to live and they put me in touch with Kim. She walked me through everything and explained it all to me. She sent me a list of houses that met what I was looking for and I went through them and told her all the houses I was interested in. We went out one day and looked at 5 different houses. She was always available when I needed her. All I had to do was call or text her and she would respond in a timely manner. She got a hold of the lawyer for closing and the home inspector and everything. For my first time buying a house I didnt know it was such a long process but Kim made it so much easier for me.
