During the house hunting phase he walked through the homes with us, making notes of little details of what may or may not need to be repaired, offered suggestions for price offers, gave info about nearby schools and the neighborhood, and created an all around homebuying experience that felt comfortable and personable point. At no point did he pressure us into anything and that was greatly appreciated.
